  • Government House Victoria; development of a strategy for the restoration and upgrade of existing catering facilities.
  • Ararat Correctional Centre; Development of operating service plan and training schedule for a 700+ medium security prison.
  • Parliament House, Canberra; Asset and condition audit of facilities provided for the delivery of catering services to members, staff and public.
  • Department of Sustainability; Study into the potential for the rating or regulating the energy use of commercial catering equipment and the identification of those with maximum potential.
  • Compliance review of galley and service facilities for RANZ vessel.

  • CSIRO Melbourne: asset and compliance audit of staff cafeteria.
  • BHP Cannington Mine: Review of existing condition and upgrade strategy for existing catering facilities.

Hospitality:

  • Melbourne Convention Centre; development of F&B system design brief for plenary hall project capable of catering for 10,000 pax.
  • Dubai mall: modelling of individual outlet and restaurant MEP for 2 food courts with 40+ tenancies
  • Marina Mall Cinema Complex Abu Dhabi; review of proposed facilities upgrade and selection of production and service equipment.
