Hard Rock Cafe, Sydney
Hard Rock Cafe was in need of a full refit after the original kitchen's were destroyed by fire and the interior damaged by smoke and water. The new kitchen designs took advantage of the latest technology and systems to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
